• Handling all the marketing activities of the company in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain;

• work closely with MEP Consultants, Developers, and Client Representatives to help them with the material selection;

• organize seminars that includes technical presentations done by the OEM representatives on the products that are represented by the company, in addition to organizing Lunch & Learn sessions to the MEP designers, to technically educate them about the products;

• work side-to-side with the sales managers and give them support whenever it is needed through the marketing department contacts;

• attend review meetings with every division to better understand the problems that are faced by the sales team in the market;

• Organise monthly Marketing Meetings to discuss our monthly marketing plan and prepare the minutes of meeting (MOM) and assign a task to each and everyone in the marketing and sales team to achieve our final objective.

• Follow up the After Sales and Service related business, including spare parts and revamping projects;
• carrying out plant visits on monthly basis to understand the customer needs and be aware of the business potential;
• define, construct, and supervise commercial proposals to participate in tenders;
• execute sales activities, taking into consideration gross margins, lead time, and plant's maintenance/shutdown schedule;
• follow up with the purchasing department to make sure that the purchase order will be processed according to the customer's requirement by all aspects;
• follow up with the issuance of all the shipping documents with the shipping department to make sure that there will be no problems with the custom clearance in the country of destination and that the material will be shipped on the specified dates;
• evaluate and negotiate with sub-suppliers/sub-contractors to make sure that everything will be done and executed according to Danieli standards;
• Monitor and analyse various reports on monthly basis such as monthly order intake, active offers, and stock material.
