Covering concerns related to ETHIX CORE-Banking System in both levels (functional and technical).
Providing Business requirements analysis, business redirection, advice and recommendation.
Creating, Analyzing design and solving reported problems related business user’s Crystal Reports according to bank business and central bank rules.
Technical and solution architecture.
Analyze and provide solutions, advices, workarounds and answers for business user concerns.
Creating and maintaining automatic jobs to cover business requirements using SSIS vb.net packages - Visual Studio.NET.
Assisting API interfaces using C# Visual Studio.NET.
Testing and applying the required patches on ETHIX-CORE for upgrade.
Implementing new features on ETHIX CORE-Banking system.
Applying Live Support 24/7.
Supporting other interfaces communicating with ETHIX CORE-Banking system.
Communicating with vendor for:-
Issues created on Bank's environment and need to be fixed.
Change requests by applying analysis for business user’s requirements then producing specifications documents for these changes. liaising with others such as Delivery Channel, Designer, Developer and tester to produce new features efficiently

OBJECTIVE

Provided ITS members training and knowledge transfer.
On-Site customers support for critical cases in different countries.
Provide supporting services for more than 28 financial institutions in different countries in the MENA region and Malaysia
Analyze and provide solutions, advices, workarounds and answers for reported incidents and concerns while complying with the incidents’ SLA targets.
Provide consultations and advices to team members and customers for concerns and problems reports.
Set approaches and plans for disasters recovery (down time, performance and financial impact) in CORE-Banking and DB levels.
Assist/participate in project scope definition.
Examine the customer’s business and assist in defining what the system should do in his area of expertise.
Assist in developing implementation plans and provide post implementation functional support.
Assist management in advising the client on means to close requirements and application gaps.
Assist in providing information and knowledge about the system under implementation.
Participate in Customer knowledge transfer.
Assist/participate in system testing.
Ensure adherence to ITS internal procedures regarding quality and knowledge management.
Provides integrated controls and parameters for the Bank, General Ledger, Relationship Management, Security, Deposit and Loan Products, Safe Deposit Box, Teller, Rates, Charges and a variety of other administrative areas.
Process bank’s monetary and non-monetary transactions like pays interest, assesses service charges, produces reports, notices, checks, transfers funds and updates customer files and accounts.

Facilitate the proper information that helps customers as decision support.
Provide 24x7 support for High and Critical incidents which would affect the customer’s business stability and may cause main service stoppage.
Provide onsite customer support for MENA customers.
We apply ITIL Process using REMEDY as interface with customer and prepare for certificate.

The requirement is On-Site support the ITS ETHIX-CORE application and applying patches.
Targets:
Support LIVE environment for any issue raised from business user.
Minimize the required down time for applying patches.
Apply the required patches on ITS ETHIX-CORE.
Make sure that all 3rd parties is fully compatible with the new system updates.
Analyze and provide solutions, advices, workarounds and answers for business user concerns.
Report any issue appeared to the development to fix.
Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait BBK \[Bahrain\] - Upgrade 08-2015
The requirement is On-Site support the ITS ETHIX-CORE application and applying patches.
KUWAIT FINANCIAL HOUSE Bank \[Bahrain\] - After Live Support 01-2015
The requirement is On-Site support the ITS ETHIX-CORE application after going Live.
Key Work:
Participated as ETHIX CORE-Banking Second Line Support (Sybase and Oracle release).

The requirement is On-Site support the ITS ETHIX-CORE application.
Targets:

On Site investigation and Report issues appeared to the development to fix.
Key Work:
Participated as ETHIX CORE-Banking (Sybase and Oracle release).
Provide supporting services on L3 level for more than 28 financial institutions in different countries in the MENA region and Malaysia
Bug fixing and provide solutions, advices, workarounds and answers for reported incidents.
Reviewing fixes for issues and confirm it validity before testing by QC team
Act as team leader for Migration projects.
Interacting with different business area related to ETHIX Core (GL’s, XAPI, TPI, Deposit, Loans, Charges, Transfers, POD and BTF…..etc.
Migrate ETHIX CORE-Banking Sybase release Oracle release application and DB level.
Knowledge transfer by giving a course about our Conversion process from ETHIX Core Sybase release to Oracle release including training in SQL/PL-SQL.

Faisal Bank \[Egypt\] - ETHIX-Core Oracle ME202 - 2012
The requirement is to generate ETHIX-Core Oracle ME202 release to apply on the bank environment.
Targets:
There is Oracle release on the same level of Sybase release for this product.
Retrofit all ASSR’s and CR’s exist on Sybase to Oracle release (Application and Database Level).
Make sure that ETHIX-Core Oracle release is up to date with Sybase release.
Role: Act as team leader for the development team with below responsibilities:
Manage resources utilizations.
Manage project schedule in effective manner
Manage the project delivery in agreed timeline.
Review all ASSR’s and CR’s to make sure that it was retrofitted correctly.
Fix bugs raised from QC team.
ITS \[Egypt\] - ETHIX-Core Oracle ME201 - 2011
The requirement is to generate ETHIX-Core Oracle ME201 release to be ready for apply on any bank environment.
Targets:
There is Oracle release on the same level of Sybase release for this product.
Retrofit all ASSR’s and CR’s exist on Sybase to Oracle release (Application and Database Level).
Make sure that ETHIX-Core Oracle release is up to date with Sybase release.
Role:
Convert source code of application and Database level to run on Oracle.
Migrate Sybase DB to Oracle DB.
Test application to make sure that it is working smoothly under Oracle Connection with the same behavior of Sybase release.
Fix any bug raised from QC team.
ITS \[Egypt\] - ETHIX-Salary - 2010
The requirement is to generate ETHIX-Salary Oracle release to be ready to apply on any bank environment as I was alone in this project.
Targets:
There is Oracle release on the same level of Sybase release for this product.
Retrofit all ASSR’s and CR’s exist on Sybase to Oracle release (Application and Database Level).
Make sure that ETHIX Salary Oracle release is up to date with Sybase release.
Role:
Convert source code of application and Database level to run on Oracle.
Migrate Sybase DB to Oracle DB.
Migrate Crystal reports related to application to run using Oracle connection.
Test application to make sure that it is working smoothly under Oracle Connection with the same behavior of Sybase release.
Fix any bug raised from QC team.

Participated as ETHIX CORE-Banking development on Oracle release.
Participated as Third Line Support for AUB, Gumherya and REEM Banks using ETHIX CORE-Banking Oracle release.

Make sure that ETHIX-Core Oracle release is up to date with Sybase release.
Role:

Make sure that ETHIX-Core Oracle release is up to date with Sybase release.
Role:
Convert source code of application level to run on Oracle.
Using my Conversion tool to convert source code of Database level to run on Oracle.
Migrate Sybase DB to Oracle DB.
Test application to make sure that it is working smoothly under Oracle Connection with the same behavior of Sybase release.
Fix any bug raised from QC team.
