Promoting the new company which consists of property development by, creating a company profile, system, social media awareness, branding, sales upgrades, team management and positioning, applying target for lease and sale, PR and also providing sales strategies to ensure stability in the company's long term range.
Negotiate the successful sale of properties, advise property owners on market conditions, conduct appraisals and take instructions as to the terms and methods by which the property is to be sold.
Farm the allocated farming area for possible leads.
