• Take charge of leads, distribute them among the sales team, and follow up to ensure prompt and effective engagement while handling team requests and allocating resources efficiently
• Coordinate with the lease department for car leasing and the used car department to price them, and with the logistics department and the PDI to make sure the cars arrive on time.
• Responsible for the demonstration and test drive of new cars displayed in the showroom.
• Manage aftersales services and effectively address customer complaints within the showroom while ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met through excellent service
• Schedule and coordinate events within the showroom to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility while collaborating with the marketing team for successful event execution
• Lead and supervise a team of 20 sellers, monitoring their daily activities and ensuring adherence to KPIs while conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback
• Ensure the implementation of the NSSW Nissan way sales process, maintaining consistency across the showroom while monitoring sales executives to ensure compliance with established processes
• Manage booked units through one-on-one meetings, ensuring efficiency in closing sales while collaborating in setting forecasting and vehicle ordering quantities to optimize sales flow
• Prepare sales reports as per business and management requirements while coordinating with sales department employees on changes such as targets, promotions, and annual leaves
• Assist the Branch Sales Manager in day-to-day operations in line with company guidelines while participating in new projects' implementation, providing support to meet deadlines
A.N. Boukather Holding: for premium automotive brands namely: Mazda, Opel, Ford, Piaggio, Vespa,
Aprilia, Moto guzzi, KTM, BAJAJ, and Otokar in Lebanon (Nov 2022- present)
• Coach and support sales team to maximize sales and customer loyalty to Ensure that the sales team
master the features of all vehicles in the showroom and able to provide customers with available
product information and offer details
• Lead negotiations when required or act as support for sales team to close deals
• Monitor sales team performance and take corrective action to align towards targets
• Receive customer inquiries and requests from CRM/Marketing teams and take charge/assign to sales
team staff
• Negotiate prices and promotions with customers where needed to close a deal in line with policies and
procedures
• Research and analyze market changes and challenges and propose opportunities to overcome in a
proactive manner
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to compare strengths and weaknesses and understand
competitors’ plans and pricing
• Set the channel management plan for handled brand(s) to properly build the brand equity in the
market, and place specific brands in the proper market location
• Monitor the days sales of inventory for motorcycles and propose necessary promotions for
motorcycles with high days sales of inventory
• Review on weekly/monthly basis the set KPIs and ensure implementation of corrective actions when
needed
• Prepare and present regular reports on Brand(s)’ Performance and status to the leadership Team
• Prepare regular reports on Sales figures
• Participate in tradeshows/sponsorships where needed to introduce new motorcycles and products at
ANB in line with Strategy, policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the Accounting Unit for invoicing, (with banks for financing applications when it will
become available), and with the Sales back-end office for moto registration.
Marketing
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to secure the required administrative support for Brand(s)’
identity, exposure events and campaigns
• Provide required marketing content to marketing and coach team to generate content.
• Develop and deliver presentations about the Brand(s) to the sales teams at ANB outlets and sub-
dealers
• Attend trainings on Brand guidelines and product specifications delivered by the Brand Supplier and
transfer the knowledge to the concerned sales team
• Attend the business planning meetings
