 Daily Coordination & cooperation with the head quarter of financial department in Luanda & Beirut.
 Control the sales in warehouses & the inventory supervision.
 Control the cash deposit in banks & the daily expenses.
 Prepare the daily summary of sales report for all warehouses & the inventory reports to be sent to head quarter.
 Checking & auditing the daily vouchers & expenses entries.
 Prepare the monthly pay slips for national employees

Operation & Administration tasks:
 Daily Coordination & cooperation with the head quarter of operation department in Luanda & Beirut.
 Follow up for the custom duty processes with the brokers agent plus the transporters to warehouses
 Follow up with the shipping lines companies and the head office. Insure the arrival of the vessels & the containers onboard
 Follow up the stocks level in warehouses and manage the needs with the stocks available
 Prepare the contracts & follow up the rent contracts & payments

Auditing tasks
 In charge with an auditors’ team of: Le Royal Hotel Beirut (General Mediterranean Holding, Le Royal Hotel; Leisure Hill SAL; Libano Grade SAL; Soludec Lebanon SAL); Societe Ikarat Wa Abnia SAL (owner of Hilton Hotel in Lebanon under construction); manufacturing and trading cos.: New Trends SAL (United Colors of Benetton).

Financial and taxation tasks:
 Expert in budgeting for incomes and expenses.
 Expert in preparation of feasibility and budget studies.
 Intensive knowledge in income taxes for corporate, partner and financial company.
 Intensive knowledge in salaries and social security taxes.
 Intensive knowledge for regulation related to value added tax VAT and high expert in VAT control.
