Polychronia is a family owned business and operates in the sector of Socks, Swimwear, Nightwear and intimate fashion: lingerie and underwear for Men, Women and kids. It sells its products through a chain of 6 high-end retail shops in the major shopping malls in Beirut Lebanon. Since I moved to the UAE in 2008, my role in the company is now only on the advisory level

• Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote company and products on social media and on traditional advertisement channels.

• Managed in flight inspection programs covering a mix of flights, destinations and aircraft types, in order to inspect, audit and evaluate all Service Delivery touch points, product features as well as uniformed staff compliance to standards and report on each and every Inspection using the Quality Control Data Collection system.
• Partnered with the Quality Control specialists to collate and analyse trends and provide Service Delivery Management with monthly reports on areas of concern, to ensure continuous improvements to product and service
• Identified wastage and highlighted potential savings to relevant stakeholders
• Reinforced through face to face communication with the staff, Emirates’ position amongst other airlines in order to create and maintain on-going awareness and focus on customer satisfaction
• Managed the Confidential Safety Reports in line with the Safety Management System (SMS) of the airline, and delivered a final response to the reporter.
• Investigated and audited safety related performance incidents such as inadvertent slide deployment.
• Managed the safety data system, to enable the audit and data analysis of cross-functional processes and systems across safety, service delivery, engineering and training departments. Produced monthly trend analysis for service delivery management review board meetings
• Managed fatigue reports raised by cabin crew, and liaised with Flight Operations and Crew Scheduling to ensure fatigue elements of Scheduling/Rostering and operations are routinely addressed. Raised monthly analysis reports on trends to DSVP Service Delivery for follow up and thereby influencing amendments in scheduling.
