• Manage inventory, procurement of uniforms, cleaning materials, and office supplies.
• Oversee periodic inventory processes for branches and head office.
• Oversee operations and discipline of workshop employees.
• Solve issues and follow up on administration team operations.
• Follow up on supplies' shipments with the purchasing department.
• Resolve issues and ensure a smooth supply chain process.
• Support Watches/Accessories departments in all showrooms.
• Manage suppliers, invoicing, and negotiate purchase terms.
• Ensure clean and organized showroom displays.
• Monitor showroom replenishments and provide statistical reports.
