Personnel Affairs Administration and record keeping of attendance/levels (all kinds), Over Time, Bonuses, and Handle all activities related to employees’ appointments, allowances, Promotion, penalty, leave, end of service, transfer, change of Profession and grade, etc. Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor regulations and PISS requirements. Open bank account for newly hired employees. Checks pay results for accuracy of payroll runs. Familiar with Bank processes for opening labor bank accounts. Responsible for the proper entry, storage, update, and security of employee personal data, updating personnel files and employee status changes. Manage the filing process of different documents. Preparation of travel authorizations, salary certificates, etc. First point of contact for all payroll issues. Any other duties/projects assigned by Payroll Manager from time to time. Calculate the entitlements of all employees in line with the company’s procedures and labor law in all company branches. Coordinate for visa requirements by all Kinds with Admin section for the newly hired employee or applicants. Recruitment: Play critical role in manpower planning and crafting Recruitment Strategy. Analysis of regional talent pool and competitor hiring trends. Manage mass recruitment of all vacancies on Recruitment Management System and external job boards. Search, pre-screen and present shortlisted CV’s to the Hiring Manager. Maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers and act as a consultant to their recruiting needs. Initiate, and maintain relationships with External Recruitment Agency for Mass Recruitment. Manage interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates. This will include preparation and co-ordination of interview schedules and coordination of events on the day. Prepare offer letters. Manage on-boarding candidates to ensure a smooth transition to the company. Arrange and Plan specific recruitment trips to overseas locations. Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and submit timely Reports Coordinate for visa requirements with Admin section for the newly hired employee or applicants. Salary negotiations for certain levels, preparing employment offers. Conduct orientation sessions to new joiners. Performance Management (White collar): Preparing and reviewing policies, strategic plans, and executive regulations to achieve the goals and vision of the company. Coordinate and follow up with employees in setting up yearly objectives and share the consolidated reports with direct manager. Assisting direct manager in performance management review: For Non- Managerial staff sharing the performance files to respective manager for their performance review. For Managerial staff, supporting them to upload their performance objectives in Success Factors for the performance appraisal. Prepare the performance appraisal forms and promotion letters and share the feedback with their lead/manager and employees. Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs within the organization by meeting with managers and conducting surveys. Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs. Create teaching materials. Conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills. Evaluate training effectiveness. Identify and coordinate outsource training programs.
