I am currently working as a Power Systems Engineer at AllumiaX, LLC company (registered in Seattle, Washington USA) in its Karachi office. My core responsibilities are the following:
1: Model low and medium voltage electrical distribution facilities in ETAP Electrical software.
2: Perform short‐circuit studies and equipment evaluation for industrial and commercial facilities.
3: Model and coordinate (including selective coordination) low & medium voltage protective devices (breakers, fuses, etc) for industrial and commercial facilities.
4: Perform Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and recommend ways to reduce incident energy at an electrical point in industrial and commercial facilities.
5: Analyze power quality data and recommend way to improve power quality.
6: Support Team members with Power System Engineering Analysis, Transient Analysis, Short circuit calculations and Arc Flash calculations.
7: Read documentations and manuals for various equipment in industrial and commercial facilities.
8: Use Leonardo, Amazon Lex, and Camtasia to create and develop GeneralPAC.com videos, which involves training videos and video tutorials for Power Systems Engineering, Automation and Controls etc.
I have previously worked as a Sales and Support Executive at Forcegrowth company. My key responsibilities were the following:
1: Selling of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Groupbuy tools to the customers worldwide.
2: Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to the customers.
3: Provide Support through various channels like Email, Live chat (including Chatra & Tawkto), Skype, Ticket system.
4: Facebook Marketing & QC of website on monthly basis.
5: Advertising and Marketing of SEO Groupbuy tools on social media websites.
