Job responsibilities :-
I worked in general nursing departments (medicine, surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics )
Assessment of patient condition
Provide care for the 15 patients daily and medication at time .
Doing the dressing ass prescribed
Supervised the patients and educate them.
Monitor the patients vital signs six hourly.
Call the physician as need
Documentation .

I workedin surgical word for caring from 4 to 6 patients postoperatively .
Doing the dressing ass prescribed.
Supervised the patients and educate them.
Monitor the patients vital signs six hourly and hourly for paient in (I.C.U ), changing position .
Calculate the medication and fluids intake and out put charts for patients in critical cases.
Call the physician as need .
Documentation and writing nursing report.

I studied in university of Khartoum faculty of nursing science, bachelors of nursing sciences ( honors')in family and community health nursing iclude (infection control, family health, occupational health , environmental health, geriatric care.) class of graduation – very good in five years from 2010 to 2015 .
