Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all in-country Data Centers and
infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage devices, external connectivity gateways,
Telephony systems, etc.
Ensure IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements, Implement and
oversee measures to address audit findings and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of applications in the
production environment for business and other functions.
Plan and execute regular disaster recovery testing to validate the effectiveness of recovery
procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Main Accountabilities :
• Manage the day to day operations of the server’s computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
• Performs the troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem- solving efforts offer involving support personnel and / or organization.
• Establishes, maintains and manages users accounts, installs, modified and maintain system utility software on server computer systems
• Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, an act of nature and user abuse.
• Develops procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of server operating systems and server-based applications.
• Manages the data center and server systems including hardware, software and equipment such as air - conditioning system, UPS (uninterrupted power system) and fire protection system, etc.
• Perform a Daily and Monthly backup on the system that required for each Server.
• Handling incoming tickets from internal customers weather from the IT or the call center.
• Monitor Voice systems’ and related applications’ health and utilization.
• Monitor Voice and data public links (WAN connections, Public PRIs, etc.).
• Report any faultiness within voice system and related applications, global links, apply basic troubleshooting and follow up with ISPs or global operators.
• Administrating and troubleshooting the Avaya PBX.
• Manage and troubleshooting systems faultiness before escalating to the vendor.
• On call 24/7 all time for any emergencies.
