 Manage Incident, change, request management, and all remedy-related initiatives and
updates. ensuring standards are adhered to.
 Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all in-country Data Centers and
infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage devices, external connectivity gateways,
Telephony systems, etc.
 Ensure IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements, Implement and
oversee measures to address audit findings and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
 Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of applications in the
production environment for business and other functions.
 Plan and execute regular disaster recovery testing to validate the effectiveness of recovery
procedures and identify areas for improvement.

• Report any faultiness within voice system and related applications, global links, apply basic troubleshooting and follow up with ISPs or global operators.
• Administrating and troubleshooting the Avaya PBX.
• Manage and troubleshooting systems faultiness before escalating to the vendor.
• On call 24/7 all time for any emergencies.
