Responsible of Staff Leaves including: Annual, Emergency and Sick Leaves.
• Following-up the Leaves approval, and Preparing the calculation for the Leaves.
• Responsible for updating the Organizational Chart of the company, and handling
Employees’ Files.
• Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
• Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants (Local & Overseas) and performing
reference checks.
• Assisting in conducting interviews and reviewing them.
• Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
• Processing resigned staff’s documents and procedures.
• Coordinating and following up the residency transfer process for the new staff after
selecting them including preparing the contract.
• Coordinating and following up the residency renewal process for the staff after
observing the performance level, and compare it with the previous performance reviews including preparing and updating the contract.
• Map out annual Prepare the External and Internal Training plan.
• Tracking the expiration dates of the Branches License.
• Providing the necessary information about training sessions and preparing the
needful.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge
gaps that need to be addressed.
• Research and recommend new training methods.
