Supervising Contractors installation works of HVAC, PDFF & Tunnel Ventilation system for underground stations, elevated stations, Annex’s & tunnels in accordance with approved method statement & approved drawings
Carrying out all Inspections of works for HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, tunnel ventilation systems & conveying systems in accordance with the acceptance criteria

Attending weekly meeting for material & technical discussions with contractors/sub-contractors & client
Review site works and prepare constructability review reporting
Does regular site visits to ensure that the Contractor is complying with the project specifications, local and international codes and standards, and other regulations set forth by the Authorities having jurisdiction.
Prepares progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Manages a team of Inspectors and allocates them to daily tasks based on Inspection and Test Request and Material Inspection Requests raised by the Contractor.
Raise Non Conformance Notice (NCN) where works are proceeding without compliance to project specification requirements or proper QA/QC procedures.
Overseeing complete gamut of installation works of Tunnel Ventilation system for Underground Stations, Elevated Stations & Tunnels
Manage and coordinate all on site TVS construction related activities for TVS sub-contractor and with other sub-contractors, contractors and with clients
Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors works in accordance with approved method statement, specifications, approved drawings and health and safety procedures
Review and Approving TVS Shop drawings
Coordinate and submit on site change requests
Carry out inspection works of TVS equipment’s delivery, pre-installation, installation and T&C
Preparing of daily & weekly site progress reports
Review on site works and prepare constructability review reporting
Selection of ventilation equipment: Axial fans, jet fans and motorized dampers
Checking and verifying the Specifications for Ventilation equipment’s.
Review of material submittals, method statements & equipment delivery routing related documents submitted by sub-contractor
Closely monitor safety plan of the project in coordination with Safety Manager
Assist Manager in liaising with departmental heads and external parties on organization issues relevant to implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Create, maintain and evaluate product/process trends and participating in process and quality improvement plans.
Investigate, analyze and correct non conformances (internal, external and process NCRs) by conducting root cause analysis, providing corrective action and ensure their effectiveness.
Provide inspection assistance to operations team to execute work as per client requirement.
Assist in documentation and implementation of Company Quality Management System and ISO: 9001:2008 Business Management System.
Ensure the subcontractors comply with MS Construction Quality Management System.
Ensure all Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans are being progressed as planned and approvals obtained where required.
Review and comment on inspection requests, materials inspections, test results, method statements, submitted by Sub-contractors.
Understand the requirements of Drawings / Specifications / MEP Coordination Drawings.
Raise Internal Non-conformance reports (INCRs)/reports, Site Observations (SO’s) identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the Project Manager / Project Quality Manager
Assist in carrying out audits in accordance with the audit schedule.
Monitor close-out of corrective actions and implementation of preventive actions.
Attending bi-weekly technical meetings with consultant / contractors / subcontractors
Preparing Visuals for MEP works before start of activity and provide trainings to supervisors / workers / QA/QC Engineers / Site engineers as per visuals

•Coordination with Main Contractor’s MEP Coordinator and Civil Team regarding all aspects of MEP works at site. Main Initiator for giving all Clearance to Main Contractor.
