Responsible for establishing of organizational structure, HR policies and procedures, alignment of HR Strategy with enterprise objectives, execution of applicable HR practices. Job analysis, recruitment and selection of volunteers and employees, structuring of learning and development programs, establishment of KPI and PM process, various HR functions.
HR and administration responsibilities
Responsible for planning and supervising activity of new joiners and subordinated personnel: sales plans, job orientation, training preparation, boot-camps presentations; organizing business trips for employees from Russian Region.
Responsible for office day daily routine, dealing with local Authorities & Organizations in company, employees and clients related issues (Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Free Zones Authorities, Ministry of Finance, translation bureau, etc.)
Marketing and Sales responsibilities
Responsible for marketing research covering (Middle East, Russia, CIS), services presentation via phone calls, in person, during local exhibitions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Responsible for personal and subordinated personnel sales and marketing planning and reporting.
Clients Relationship Management
Clarifications of basics of VAT conception and VAT Reclaim process for local and Middle Eastern companies’ Finance representatives (CFO, FD, FM, FC, and AM). Assisting clients in establishing smooth procedure of VAT Reclaim, key clients VAT invoices audit on quarterly basis.
Coordination between client and consultants in order to gain necessary information for claims completion. Meeting local Authorities representatives to negotiate/receive updates on changes in local legislation relevant to VAT Reclaim procedure (Ministry of Finance UAE, Chambers of Commerce of Various Emirates, and Free Zones).
Responsible for preparation and cross checking of information lines and fit of designed modules for weekly issue of retail magazine, confirmation of design models with customers and designers, customer relationship management.
Responsible for room reservations, front desk operations 24/7, greeting and registering the guest, providing guest service during their stay, consulting on attractions and places of interest, transfers arrangements, supervising of subordinates, in-house trainings for new joiners, hotel/back office inventory supply.
Responsible for all preparation works for Notary, including documents preparation and cross checking (rent/sales property contracts, deed of gift, wills, loan agreements, power of attorney, consents, etc.), scheduling of Notary meetings, deals, customer consultation on various documents required for successful completion of Notary services, day to day office administration, office supply, one week job orientation for new personal assistant.
