Education

Master's degree, Master's Degree with honor in Translating and Interpreting (English, German)
  • at Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University
  • February 2014

I had been working on research under the title “An individual Style as Translating Issue (based on the materials of the novel “Steppenwolf” by Hermann Hesse)”. Starting from the very first year of my studying till the graduation. An individual style of the translator became as a conclusion of 6-years research. Year by year I had been making a close study of each aspect of translating and interpreting as a science, investigating all levels – grammatical, morphological, syntactic, stylistic, phonetic, and lexical. The main point of the research was to show, that both original text and translation possess own style. One word is the whole world, with own history, confusion, and even mystery, what makes people obtain more knowledge and understanding. It is interesting how just a word can alter the whole meaning, and if a psychology takes a part of it, here start adventures.
