I was Working there as a QC Civil Inspector in King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA),
Consultant: DAR Al Riyadh

My first priority in Construction Follow the Quality Rules and Standards.

• Supervised civil and architectural construction activities, ensuring work was executed as per approved drawings,
specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitored contractor and subcontractor performance, identifying and raising any quality and workmanship
concerns, and ensuring corrective actions were implemented.
• Conducted site inspections and coordinated with consultants by raising Inspection Requests (IRs) for work
approvals.
• Reviewed and verified BOQ quantities during site handover, ensuring alignment with actual executed quantities at
site.
• Verified field density tests (FDT), Proctor tests, and soil classification to ensure compliance with project
specifications
• Prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and performed quantity take-offs, including preparation of Bar Bending
Schedules (BBS).
• Estimated project feasibility by evaluating quantities and costs of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Carried out field surveys and assessed subcontractor work to ensure compliance with quality control
requirements.
• Ensured proper soil compaction as per project specifications and standards (Proctor tests, field density tests, and
plat load test for soil bearing capacity).
• Ensured implementation of health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments to minimize hazards on site.
• Prepared and updated weekly progress reports using MS Project and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by analyzing site issues, proposing solutions, and evaluating outcomes
effectively.
• Maintained proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for reviewing and coordinating drawings.
• Managed pipeline works, ensuring proper installation with required slopes and alignment.
