Working under IT department for western Support Services unit, I was responsible for providing user related and remote access strategies, solutions and support. Recommend software and hardware configurations and acquisitions. Developed and implemented training plans for end-users. Managed a high availability, high capacity department file, print and web server. Evaluate performance capacity and improve bottlenecks.
