NCB is the one of the largest and premium bank of Saudi Arabia. Working under IT department for western Support Services unit, I was responsible for providing user related and remote access strategies, solutions and support. Recommend software and hardware configurations and acquisitions. Developed and implemented training plans for end-users. Managed a high availability, high capacity department file, print and web server. Evaluate performance capacity and improve bottlenecks. Evaluate and implement anti-virus solutions, procedures, and tools to minimize virus impact on group. Planning, designing and installation of Networks at different branches. Install, connect, configure and relocate data communication equipment’s as per requirements, co-ordinate with concerned departments for data communication problems.
