1 - I was the office manager of the representative member of the company and the general manager personal assistant.
2 - I was responsible for arranging the meetings.
3 - I was responsible for helping the general manager in implementing the purchasing deals with using the means of communications like :(Telephone, Fax, E-mail, Hand -written correspondence).
4 - I was also responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors of the office.
5 - I was responsible for answering incoming calls and .
handling all out coming calls
6 - I was responsible for handling customers' queries.
7 - I was responsible for handling purchases and filing sales invoices.
8 - I was responsible for typing various types of official correspondence.
9 - I was responsible for updating, processing, and filing all types of documents.
10 - I was responsible for scanning, photocopying, printing, and e-mailing all kinds of files and documents.
11 - I was responsible for training new employees on various duties.
12 - I was responsible for replying all the coming (e- mails, telephone, fax, hand written correspondence) from the different branches of the company and the foreign countries concerning the exporting procedures.
13 - I was responsible for Overseeing the purchase and maintenance of office computers and equipment.
