o To ensure all cash is accurately paid into the appropriate location and in accordance with the Company procedures.
o To display the correct destination on the vehicle’s destination blind at all times.
o Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
o Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing the oil. Advise the Senior Administrative Officer of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
o Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
o Maintain a record of daily visits both in the mail registry book and in the vehicle log books available in each of the Delegation vehicles.
o Responsible for regularly checking the condition & safety of the Car.
o Maintain accurate records of journeys, fuel issues, and oil, log /mileage sheets.
o Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles at all times when on duty
