- Responsible for End-to-End Incentive Compensation requirement of Sales Team for global pharma client
- Undertake activities including Sales Crediting, Target Setting, Payout Calculations and other requirements.
- Create end to end IC plan for clients and managing day-to-day operations.
- Design and conduct for the filed as requested by client.
- Analyze Insights using data analysis and dashboards from the sales and performance of the field to support decision making of sales force enablement team.
- Supporting clients through high end secondary research including process-based research, benchmarking, financial research, and proposal management.
- Manage and mentor team of 6 subordinates supporting in day-to-day operations
- Collaborate across teams for setting up tools and knowledge transfers requirement gaathering for project.
- Creation and maintenance of PowerBI/Tableau dashboards comprising:
o Time reports that are shared with client for billing.
o Billable data visualization requests including Initiatives on creating data analysis dashboards, company profiles, Newsletters etc.
- Supporting clients through high end secondary research including process-based research, benchmarking, financial research, company and industry profiling, newsletter creation, proposal handling for various industries.
- Handling knowledge portal on ServiceNow and SharePoint with the help of other PSA. This includes:
- Regular communication with vendors for subscription renewal, creating usage reports, proposal for new subscriptions, filing contracts, managing documents and seeking approvals as required.
- Creating high-impact, visually appealing deliverables as per defined standards and guidelines (Power BI Reports, presentations, documents, webinar etc.).
- Conducted process-based research, benchmarking, financial research, industry and market research, company profile creation (including SWOT, peer comparison), newsletter creation, proposal response handling etc.
