Key Achievements and Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise cabin crew on-board duties and responsibilities.
* Ensure that cabin services meet the applied standards stated by the organization.
* Emphasise on implementing high quality standards of customer satisfaction standards.
* Mange and resolve any passenger related issues and report it professionally to the top management to identify and
make the proper remedies.
* Responsible of on-board passengers’ safety and security by applying the civil aviation standards.
* Responsible of aircraft safety and security on-board.
* Ensure the cabin crew complies with safety rules and regulations of international civil aviation.
* Responsible of first aid treatments for passengers, cabin crew, and technical crew on-board.

* Manage local and international sales orders received by customers.
* Communicate effectively and timely manner with customers in order to insure fulfilling successfully all outstanding
orders within the allocated time window.
* Analyse the orders’ processing mechanisms and methodologies to suggest improvement proposals to the top
management board.
* Build and generate sales executive summaries to enable management in enhancement and directions decisions.
* Study and formulate the sales trends to highlight any customer sales track in future.
* Apply customer services procedures to attain customer satisfactions.
