PROJECT SCOPE: - Academy buildings, security facilities, and support buildings, Architectural Finishing Works & site wide infrastructure works, including Parking, internal roads, pavements, curbs, sidewalks, Traffic management & Landscape irrigation networks, and utility corridors in compliance with SAES requirements. Saudi Building Code (SBC), and local authority regulations.

Architectural Finishing Works - Execution & Supervision:
• Managed finishing activities including blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and ceiling systems.
• Supervise installation of gypsum and acoustic partitions, various suspended and specialized ceiling systems, cladding works, WPC applications, wooden wall panels, and architectural façade elements.
• Oversaw execution of doors, glazing works, flooring finishes, and internal/external architectural details as per design specifications.

• Managed construction of underground utility networks, including Stormwater drainage systems, Sewer networks, Potable water pipelines, Firewater lines, Landscape irrigation networks.
• Supervised bedding preparation, pipe laying, jointing, testing, and installation, along with construction of manholes, chambers, and inspection pits. Executed duct banks for electrical, traffic signals foundation and communication services, including trenching, conduit installation, concrete encasement, and protection work.
• Ensured proper alignment, slope, cover, protection, and service crossings for all underground utilities.
• Oversaw surface development works, including construction of hardscape elements, land scape, pavements, curbs, sidewalks, traffic signages, final asphalt works and road marking.

Project Site Coordination: Ensured all activities executed following approved ITPs, QA/QC plans, SAES, SBC, and Saudi Aramco project specifications. Conducted continuous site inspections, material checks, and workmanship verification prior to Saudi Aramco inspections. Raised, followed up, and closed Inspection Requests (IRs), NCRs, and punch list items in coordination with QA/QC teams. Verified material submittals, test reports, concrete pour cards, and as built documentation before final acceptance.
Resources Management: Prepared and processed Material Requests (MR), Purchase Requisitions (PR) & Arranging Required Equipment for site related work.
Coordination & Inspections: Managed on-site activities, enforced QC for RFIs, closed NCRs, and kept quality records. Coordinated structural, architectural engineers for drawing, and MEP interfaces to ensure proper embeds, clearances, and clash-free installation.

PROJECT SCOPE: - LNG Storage Tanks and Outer Tank Pump Pre-cast & structural Platforms, Loading Lines and Berth Construction, Balance of Plant (BOP) Civil Works, including Utility ditches and trenches, Firefighting (FF) networks, Sewage, stormwater, and drainage systems, IDB & EDB duct banks for electrical and instrumentation services, Cathodic protection systems and earthing grids, Civil interface works for HV/LV cable laying, jointing, termination, and support to pre commissioning and commissioning activities, Implementation of utility protection measures, including: Concrete encasement, Waterproofing and insulation, Marker and warning tapes, Corrosion protection systems.

LNG Storage Tank & Pump Platform Civil Works:
• Executed and supervised civil construction works for LNG storage tanks and outer tank pump platforms, including precast and structural platforms, in compliance with IFC drawings, EPC specifications, approved ITPs, and LNG industry standards.
• Managed precast structural elements for pump platforms, including design and shop drawing review, fabrication coordination, transportation, heavy lifting, erection, alignment, grouting, and final acceptance, ensuring construction readiness for cryogenic pump and piping installation.
• Ensured strict control of dimensional tolerances, embedment plates, anchor bolts, and structural interfaces critical for pump alignment, vibration control, load transfer, and operational safety in LNG service.
• Coordinated pump platform civil works with mechanical, piping, and E&I teams to ensure seamless interface with equipment foundations, pipe racks, and commissioning requirements.
Loading Lines & Berth Civil Works:
• Supervised BOP civil works for LNG loading lines and berth construction, including foundations, trenches, pipe supports, and associated concrete works.
• Coordinated with mechanical and marine teams to ensure correct levels, alignment, and interface readiness for LNG loading systems.
Underground Utilities & Infrastructure Works:
• Supervised construction of underground utility networks, including Firefighting (FF) systems, Sewage systems, Stormwater and drainage networks, Utility ditches, and service trenches.
• Executed IDB & EDB duct banks for electrical and instrumentation services, ensuring correct routing, spacing, concrete encasement, and protection.
• Ensured proper setting out, slope control, bedding preparation, backfilling, and compaction, meeting project specifications, and Qatar Energy standards.
• Coordinated with multi discipline teams to prevent clashes and ensure smooth interface execution.

Substation & ITR Buildings - Civil & Structural Works:
• Executed and supervised civil and structural works for Substation and ITR buildings in compliance with IFC drawings, EPC specifications, and Qatar Energy standards.
• Managed construction activities including foundations, substructure, superstructure, concrete works, and architectural finishes, ensuring readiness for electrical and instrumentation installation.
• Coordinated civil electrical interfaces to support equipment installation, cable routing, testing, and energization.
Utility Infrastructure & Underground Works:
• Supervised installation of complete utility networks, including Firefighting (FF) systems, Sewage networks, Stormwater drainage systems, Electrical and instrumentation duct banks, Earthing, Cathodic protection systems and earthing grids and grounding systems.
