Working with Qatar petroleum for 33kv and 11kv distribution network & Wet utility network.
•Authorization from Qatar petroleum for 33KV & 11KV Switching, sub station control system.
•Testing and commissioning of Electrical Equipments. And coordinate with vendors for project work.
•Proactively identify areas of obstruction/defects and conducting root cause analysis/failure mode and effect analysis to rectify the equipment’s.
•Coordinate and supervise the work of all electrical activities and Operations and Maintenanace.
•Assist with the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists & Monitor final completion of the work.
•Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
•During Testing and commissioning assist in the preparation of system testing and turnover documentation as per Scope documents, Test records, Test procedures, History cards and other similar required documents & Witness for testing and commissioning of the works.
• Implement training and development plan for the technicians in consultation with Sr.Engineer.
•Develop benchmark and improve maintenance processes/systems continuously.
•To inspect the received material & contractor jobs for quality & quantity compliance.
•Works closely with MES User & Maintenance Sr Engineer to develop opportunities for continuous improvement. Plan, issuing and closing of work permits accordingly & ensure completion of pending jobs of the engineering department w.r.t. Shift Maintenance (Repair Maintenance).
•Carry out repairs to plant and equipment during operation, effectively and efficiently, either alone and/or as part of a team. To carry out planned preventive maintenance onsite whilst always ensuring that there is a pro-active approach to planned maintenance and a high PPM output. Deliver on plant uptime and maintenance KPI’s through planned, preventative & predictive maintenance.
•Assist Operations department with the support of Electrical & Instrument technicians, perspective in day to day job.& Manage all works related to Electrical & Instrument of the plant/project in a professional manner and communicate effectively with internal (technicians, operations team, others) . Expected to carry out all required maintenance across the factory during shift, attend breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response and also plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized. Always endeavor to reduce downtime of site plant and machinery.
•Maintaining tools and equipment, so that they are in a safe working condition as well as making
sure that the workplace is in safe environments at all times. Always adhere to Technical procedures and SOP, work in a clean and orderly manner in compliance with 5S.
•Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met and that all equipment complies with Company and legal standards.
•Reduce maintenance cost by constantly enhancing precision of maintenance activities.
•Maintain daily shift report log and ensure maintenance order completed on the time also assist with stores organization/stock control.

Electrical Operation And Maintenance, Electrical power distribution Network, Wet Utility.

Responsible for schedule preparation and execution of preventive/predictive, breakdown maintenance and Ensuring proper documentation of daily breakdowns& conducting why why analysis.
•Proactively identify areas of obstruction/defects and conducting root cause analysis/failure mode and effect analysis to rectify the equipment’s.
•Coordinating the procurement of spares and inventory management of critical spares and general maintenance items.
•Recruiting, directing, leading and motivating work force, imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/efficiency.
•Working on succession planning of the work force, rendering technical guidance to the staff, shift management activities, appraising the member’s performance and providing the feedback.
•Implementing occupational health and safety plans.
•Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of accidents, fires, conducting investigation for determining cause of industrial accidents.
•Planning and implementing technological changes to enhance the operational efficiency.
•Accountable preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities systems.lightingsystems, compressed air, cooling towers, pumpsets, DG Systems, Air conditioning systems, 11kv switch yard, Transformer.STP plant, 10 tons LPG yard. EOT cranes, manual and motorized conveyers, diesel & Battery operated forklifts, stackers etc.
•PCC, MCC, VFD, Switch gears and distribution panels.
•UPS Systems, battery charger, welding machine, Baking ovens, paint booth, gel coat booth etc.

Attending major breakdowns.
•Preparation of planning and preventive maintenance. And daily work schedule
•Ensuring proper documentation of daily breakdowns, preventive check lists.
•Taking care of 33kv And 11kv switch yard.
•Preparation and submission of official documents.
•Testing, Installing, and commissioning of MCC Panels, PCCPanels, VFDPanels, Power control distribution Panels, Annunciation Panels etc.
•To analyze breakdown of the manufacturing process & utility equipments by route cause analysis & implement the preventive, corrective & predictive action plan to avoid long time breakdown of the machine. & propose predictive maintenance action plan on basis of analysis and feedback during and post planned maintenances...

Preparation of Daily alarm reports. And work schedule.
•Installation of generating system, rectifiers, fire alarm systems and Air conditioning units.
•Trouble shooting in rectifiers, generator distribution panels, A.C. control panels, fire alarm systems, smoke detectors and Distribution lighting systems.
•Control Systems such as, Stefa control, Siemens Control System, Cylon Control System, Honeywell Control System, ABB Control System.
•Preventive maintenance of rectifiers such as, Ericson, Emerson, Lucent, Iskratel, Delta Ascom and Tebichop.and generator control systems
•Installation, testing and maintaining H.V., L.V., and M.V. Switch gears.
•Prepare purchase requisition & service requisition of spares & services respectively & forward to purchase after finance concurrence & approval from authority.
•Update SOP & PMs checklists on the basis of analysis to improve reliability.
•Control of schedule activities and documentation of calibration and validation activities.
•Installation & commissioning of new equipment and in-house projects

Under learning Control Logic Development.& contactor logic wiring system.
•P.L.C. wiring, I/O details, fault finding, and installation.
•Planning of machine wiring, control panels, junction box, marshalling panels.
•Preventive and break down maintenance of shop floor m/c and lighting system.
•Industrial Electrical distribution systems. And motor control starters.
•Planning of spares & consumables for better inventory & budgetary control.
•Development of new projects (including P.L.C. Hardware details and panel design and Wiring diagram.)
•Preparation of control philosophy. And control logic development.
