Responsible for GE's Water & Process Chemicals overall business (Sales+ Services in Pakistan) through direct sales and sales via major channel partners. Conduct Business Review Meetings with key customers & involved in ROI projects in different plants.
•Provide Technical support in boiler water treatment, cooling water treatment, waste water treatment, reverse osmosis membrane treatment, refinery crude unit process treatment & fuel treatment; provide troubleshooting support.
•To undertake responsibility of all commercial business & follow up of LC & delivery of chemicals. Provide Technical, Sales & Safety Training to Engineers.
•Involved in Plant designing related to Water Treatment Equipment/Side Stream Filter, Cooling Water Treatment, Boiler Treatment, Waste Water Treatment, RO plant treatment & process & Fuel Treatment.
•Involved in plant startup & troubleshooting of Refinery, Steel Mill & Power Plants after commissioning.
Responsible for service engineering, which involves material & energy balance of cooling system & boilers, waste- water, fuel & reverse osmosis systems.
•Boiler, cooling water, Reverse Osmosis, Refinery process, fuel & waste- water treatment monitoring as well as their trouble-shooting matters.
•Inspection of boilers, cooling water systems & piping. Chemical cleaning of Reverse Osmosis membranes, heat exchangers, Chillers.
•Laboratory testing of boiler, cooling water, reverse osmosis, refinery crude unit boot water & waste-water monitoring parameters.
•Sales & Marketing of specialty chemicals, which include cooling water, boiler, waste- water, refinery process & fuel treatment. Training of the new engineers selected for the company.
•Performed Return on investment studies for different clients in order to generate savings for the company
•Looking after approximately 60 Nalco customers in the given territory.
Worked with well- known private Fertilizer plant as a process engineer for one (01) year.
•Ammonia plant technical monitoring & problem solving, material & energy balance calculations, preparation of production loss reports, newsletter & service request studies regarding plant modification.
•Also performed chemical cleaning of heat exchangers, loading/unloading of catalyst in reactors. FFC is ISO-9002 certified & so developed different work instructions & work procedure for it; I have knowledge & clear understanding of it.
Passed First, Second, Third & Final year of Chemical Engineering with 1st, 3rd, 2nd & 3rd positions respectively.
