Manage, plan and direct the Quality Control and Microbiology laboratories to ensure lab testing providing the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing while ensuring compliance with protocols, cGMP and safety regulations.
Being the Quality Assurance head my chief responsibilities involves monitoring and performing Analytical Method Validation and Process Validation, Calibration of QA, QC and Production equipments, Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and GMP specifically in Manufacturing Areas, Environmental monitoring and monitoring of process, document control, training of personals both technical and non technical, process control of manufacturing involved in the research and development, process validation.
Besides working as a QA/QC manager I am also performing the duties of Export Manager, which involves chief responsibilities like; preparation of registration files (dossiers) for registration in other countries like Vietnam, Nigeria, Nepal, Cambodia, Lao Pdr, Philippine, Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka, Yemen and many other countries, as per their specific requirement, also involved in communication with the exporters that allows to fulfill all the export related orders with timely provision of the order that is of good quality as well.
Being the senior Quality Control Analyst my key responsibilities were to execute, manage and plan the daily activities of the Quality Control and Microbiology laboratories to ensure lab testing providing the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing while ensuring compliance with protocols, cGMP and safety regulations as under directions from the Quality Control Manager.
