All the job has been done through the phone. The areas of law which are dealt by our company are Immigration, Child Care, Community Care, Crime, Debt, Employment, Family, Housing, Litigation, Mental Health, Prison Law, Public Law and Welfare Benefits. I have been assigned to answer the calls in Russian, Turkish and French and to translate them to the solicitor.
