Regulatory affairs:
Management of regulatory aspects of various Research Projects of the department to ensure compliance to institutional policies and those of the prospective funders.
Institutional due diligence process:
Conceptualizing the financial aspects of the Research Study with the consensus of investigators and to complete the University due diligence process to ensure that the integrity of the institution is safe guarded.
Award managements:
Review the award received to institution against the project, identify risks, have the award reviewed by relevant entities and after collating all comments, communicate and negotiate with agency(ies) to mitigate the risk of the institution.
Sub-award managements:
Developing Sub-award as per the requirement from Sub-awardee and incorporate the relevant clauses and to incorporate the flow down clauses of the prime sponsor to mitigate the institution risk, getting reviewed from relevant entities and collate all comments to finalize the Sub-award.
Internal & external audit:
To work in close coordination with internal & external audit teams to identify and secure institutional risk for various grants.
Compliance managements:
Work closely with the Programme teams to comply with the donor agency(ies) narrative templates, conduct project takeoff meetings to ensure the completion of the project as per donor guidelines. Work closely with the post-award team to monitor the actuals according to the budget. Manage closeout process and ensure that the each project has been closed as per the donor and as well as per the University requirement.
Stakeholders:
Active communication and coordination with international & local agencies and strengthening the networking to ensure efficiency in future grants for the institution.
National & International Events:
Planned & organized event management at national & international level. Recently organized a national workshop in AKU in April, 2019, a national event in Islamabad in March, 2017 and an International Event in Dubai in November, 2015.
MAIN DUTIES:IN-COMING ENQUIRIES:
Developed and sustained relationships with potential and existing clients by coordinating professional meetings.
Actively support company sales team and Coordinated sales details, pre-sale material and after-sale deliveries.
Handles contacts. Active Participation in execution of sales strategies.
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.
To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating showrounds with potential clients to show them our facilities.
Responding to and co-ordinating all internal meeting requests.
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the National Sales Manager.
ADMINISTRATION:
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the National Sales Manager.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work Up-keep of a client and agents database and updating where necessary to allow effective promotions.
Compilation of weekly overview sheets to all departments including communication and administration of ancillary services.
Product Activities reimbursement and manage traveling expenses of National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers & Field Force, checking, issuing resolving and booking in system.
Follow up timelines as per company policy and procedure (Operating Manual, Monthly Calendar etc).
Prepare presentations with accuracy and innovation in each quarter and for any meeting or conference.
Make travel & accomodation arrangements for Team travelling within or out of country
