Job Discription and major job responsibilities: Assisting Unit Head in looking after a commercial and corporate portfolio of PKR 11.00 Billion with industry concentration in Textile, Oil, Chemical, Ship breaking, Sugar, Tannery etc.
• Structuring corporate lending transactions as per business need of client for short term and long term credit need of obligor.
• Performing thorough financial and business due-diligence, market checks, preparation of credit proposals, arrangement of pre and post-approval documentation/requirement etc.
• To ensure that all prudential regulations as well as bank's credit policy requirement are fully met and in exceptional cases, to arrange waiver from competent authority for any deviation thereof.
• To maintain a close liaison with the existing and potential and ensure that their genuine requirements must be met within reasonable time within parameters as defined under prudential regulation and bank's credit policy manuals.
• Review credit proposals involving analysis of financial statements, developing financial and business models, the repayment capability, risk assessment, profitability and business potential of the client.
Managed Portfolio of 28 accounts with an exposure of over Rs. 800 Million (funded and non- funded facilities):
• To perform thorough financial analysis using different analytical approaches i.e. liquidity judgments,

• To build, maintain, strengthen and enhance close working relationship with existing customer,
Credit Analyst -SME/Retail Assets - ABL Nazimabad Region
Job Discription and major job responsibilities:
• To arrange annual review, preparation of credit proposals, financial Analysis, due diligence.
• Coordination with branch Manager in timely renewal/approval of credit facilities.
• To screen out potential loan applicant and to give presentation to competent authorities o behalf of branch.
• Negotiation and structuring the credit facilities according to the customer risk profile and collaterization of credit exposure.
• To ensure that all prudential regulations as well as bank's credit policy requirement are fully met and in exceptional cases, to arrange waiver from competent authority for any deviation thereof.
