Formulation & implementation of corporate policies for corporate governance for business stakeholders & higher profitability of business house.
Interaction with external auditors, banks, venders, debtors, insurance companies, clearing agents, Govt. Authorities, taxation authorities and state bank of Pakistan.
Responsible to BOD
Overall responsible of audit operations, compliance of statutory & corporate governance to business stake holders.
Revision of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly financial statement & management accounts for management & business stake holder.
Provide a portfolio to management and business stake holders, Deliver high quality audit and assurance service including preparing and reviewing audit plans and performance evaluation with in departmental team & overall, Manages project financials, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, Maintain the highest technical and professional standard within accounts department, Strategically plans for business house & stake holders’ determine key risks areas & measures, Address to each & guidance within business house & business take holders, Monitor and control auditing staff, Leadership role in professional business or community organizations, An energetic manager as a role model for auditing professionals, address every situation before conversion in crises and develops solutions to avoid recurrence.

Determination of grey areas, measures for control for higher profitability of business house.
MIS for ERP development for maximum utilization of resources under use / control / control of blocked capital to maximize working capital.
Arrangement of board meeting, recording of minutes and implementation per management policies.
Proposals for new additional products, preparation of feasible report, monitoring and implementation for in time project completion etc.
During service tenure main emphasis / focus was given to the examination of accounting system and procedures designed for safeguarding of assets and implementation of financial controls. For higher profitability / maximum utilization of resources under control / tight internal control has been observed strictly.
Provide effective financial business planning and analysis, support and guidance to business partners, through the provision of consistent accurate financial information and the interpretation of same to ensure business results are achieved.
Appraise and create strategy to improve the company's financial position, interpret operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the company and make specific recommendations which result in cost reduction and profit improvement
Responsible for the preparation of ifnancial statements monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly for management, auditors, banks, SECP, & business stake holders
Prepare forecasts, quarterly reviews and other analysis as appropriate for management
Suggestions to management for decision making under uncertainties.
Arrangement of treasury and cash management functions.
Develop financial strategies and plans.
Preparation of executive summery for top management for policy matters decisions.
Preparation of budget, cash flow and related information’s.
Budget comparison reports keeping management updated with actual results versus projected, variance analysis in particular category i.e. material, labour or overheads monitoring monthly or periodic basis as required by management.
Identify and control areas for cost reduction, improve efficiency and productivity.
Supervision of inventory control, determination of materials, finished goods, etc maximum level, minimum level, danger level and most economical quantity.
Handling with production deptt., sales deptt. For material issuance / finished goods issuance for adjustment of irregularities for comparison of standard losses.
Preparation of products profitability reports for price fixation and sales boosting, bearing more profitability and measures for low profitability products.
Review of proposals / requirements of credit limits, monitor collections and debtors control, dealing with banks for cash flow control and bargaining of new limits etc.
Development of systems and procedures for integrated accounting system ( ERP - Entrepreneur resource planning ) and generation of management reports.
Dealing with auditors, tax advisors, rebate / income tax / sales tax deptts., insurance companies, govt. agencies, clearing agents and outsider’s management.
Corporate affairs / secretarial job i.e. AGM, Board resolutions, Filing of returns with SECP etc.
Member of enquiry committee as and when needed in production, sales deptts. & others for determinations of new standards, convertion from shortfall into improvement / development.

Overall responsible of business house activities, Production deptt, Merchandizing deptt, Admin. deptt were responsible to me.
