Established logistical operations procedures for operations of different projects in
offshore and onshore.
• Planned and supervised the safe movement of Remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and
other heavy marine equipment.
• Coordination for customs legislation and tariff classification for import/export.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for detained and delayed shipments in liaison with
customers, brokers, customs and other government authorities.
• System management to avoid penalties and delays that may occur in import/export
process.
• Negotiation with freight forwarders for lowering the cost for import/export of
shipments.
• Reviewing invoices of freight forwarders, customs and agents at borders. And bifurcation
of invoices for respective jobs, to coordinate with accounts dept. for timely payments.

I worked all these four years in Saudi Aramco Diving office - Marine Underwater Inspection and
Repairing Unit (MUIRU) at Tanajib the world largest oilfield. The Unit is responsible for all diving
services, pipeline and platform inspections. And to provide support during drilling and Rig/Barge
movement.
I received certificates and letters of Appreciation many times from Unit Heads, for my hard work
and continues support to the unit.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports for Diving unit.
• Preparation and updating diving unit dashboard.
• Updating Vessel trafficking system (VTS) in Marine operations management system
(MOMS)
• Preparation of Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for MUIRU.
• Updating service orders management system (SOMS) tracker for diving unit.
• Updating delays of different vessels working for Saudi Aramco, in MOMS portal.
• Preparing vessel monthly management reports (VMMRs).
• Booking for different courses for divers required by Saudi Aramco.
• Applying for gate passes for materials offload from the vessels.
• Preparing temporary passes for divers in visitors management system (VMS) during crew
change.
• Applying for Berthing requests at Port calls, with fuel and fresh water etc. requirements.
• Preparing off-hire/on-hire certificates and equipment deficiency certificates.
