OBJECTIVE:
* Coordinate Shipyard projects and project segments by specified objectives and within specified resources using production software.
* As well as providing 1st level IT Support within Shipyard boundaries.
* Providing in-house training for IT related activities and other duties assigned by Management on all levels.

DUTIES:

Project Planner/Coordinator:
• Coordinating program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives.
• Participating in project man hour budget planning and development.
• Planning project progress \[define sub goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning\]
• Planning personnel utilisation \[determine responsibilities, personnel planning\].
• Monitoring project progress and success \[assess risks and hazards to the success of the project and take appropriate measures for avoidance\].
• Establishing project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress.
• Coordinating and attends meetings; establishes and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary.
• Providing advice to participants; serves as a liaison; acts as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports (including daily man hours reports for all projects, work completion report for project and other reports).
• Monitoring record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project in Standard Time System.
• Supervising other project staff; assigns tasks; sets priorities.
• Monitoring actual man hours vs budgeted hours for specific task or project.
• Preparing records of project activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required projects.
• Verifying and analyzes the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by project; resolves any discrepancies or problems.
• Serving as liaison for department; coordinates activities and exchanges information regarding Production and Administration.
• Cooperating in determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision documents for project release
• In-house training for Production Software (Standard Time System) and other IT software on all levels.
• Deployed Standard Time System in production department. Train end users and provided support for resolving issues for the same.

• Designed and maintaining new website of MILAHA http://www.milahaml.com using CMS technology along with Photoshop, HTML, JQUERY, CSS and Flash.
• Handling daily technical support activities on desktop support.
