Lead the MEP Design Review in relation to compliance with the project specifications and to the related national & international codes and standards.
•Review and approve the MEP service installation and work execution plans Including method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP), material approvals, construction schedule, QA/QC plans and EHS Plan. Identify all required resources to assign the individual responsibilities among team members as per the project proposed completion date
•Manage day-to-day operational aspects and MEP installation Progress in order to provide engineering solutions/recommendations to problems Encountered on site.
•Negotiate any work variations to the original contract with the client including any design changes or commercial issues that may take place during the execution cycle of the contract
•Attend and initiate coordination meetings with the client management and project stakeholders throughout phases of the project to accommodate their requirements and coordinate any interface works with other contractors, in-order to ensure minimal impact to the overall progress.
•Educate and enforce team members to accurately implement all required Health & safety regulations as per the approved project HSE management & complying with authority’s regulations to minimize risk during work execution on site.
•Ensure work quality and enforce quality assurance procedures and quality control.
•Ensures project documents are completed and submitted appropriately on time such as progress reports, updated construction schedules and payment invoices
•Responsible to initiate, plan and execute the installation, testing and commissioning of the MEP services as per the approved design.
•Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
•Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
•Analyse drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
•Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
•Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
•Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
•Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's.
•Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
•Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.

for 2 hospital projects. Fully involved with project planning and management, execution of MEP services including power distribution system, low current system, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, DG set, STP, BMS, earthing & lightning, substation etc.
•Responsible for design & installation for Temporary Power & water through each phase of construction cycle including requirements for Testing & Commissioning
•Medical Equipment design review, Co-ordination with Medical specialist for specialized rooms like Operation Theatre, ICU, X-ray, MRI & BHU
•Review specialist medical Gas design and to assure its as per HTM 2022 standard
•Checking & approval of drawings and submittals submitted by Medical specialist & MEP specialist, Inspection of systems at vendors work.

•To prepare comparison report between tender and IFC documents in terms of material quantities specification and scope of work to commercial department to claim any variations in project objectives.
•Manage and coordinate all changes/deviations in engineering and design.

•Coordinate all medical services with MEP works into the overall construction process and Produce installation details, single lines, electric room layouts, connection diagrams, cable schedule, grounding design and layouts, power and instrumentation plan under minimal supervision.

•Preparing project schedules based on Master schedule.
•Co-ordination with quantity surveyor for preparation of client bills, sub-contractor bill, claims etc.
•Co-ordination with the local authorities for Power, Water, Etisalat, Civil Defence approvals.

Responsible for design and execution for Power distribution system, lighting, low current systems, HVAC, Plumbing, drainage, Fire fighting.
•Co-ordinate work activities with engineering and construction teams to ensure that projects need, and objectives are maintained and satisfied
•Study all construction drawings, documents and have proper co-ordination with services before issuing for site execution and ensure work execution as per drawing and specification
•Review BOQs and orders for any discrepancies/variations and provide inputs to design/procurement team and highlight errors or shortfalls if any.
•Design review, Raising RFIs and obtaining clarifications
•Study construction schedule and project budget and review them continuously to assure working within their limits
•Play key role for any site troubleshooting and explain daily production sheets, related drawings and work methodology for the site engineers, supervisors and surveyors.
•Proper control for targets and deadlines for supervisors/sub-contractors
•Day- to Day work planning and programming, manpower, materials, tools for related units
•Prepare orders for vendor, issue procurement requests for material and equipment supply and to follow up its delivery
