Leadership:
* Participate with headquarter Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization
* Identify, assess, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist the department head in fulfilling the intent of the Royal Saudi air force Policy document, related policies, guidelines and supporting programs.
* Ensure that the EHS concerns of staff within the departments are addressed by referral to the relevant supervisor, department and/or the department head.
* Coordinate routine, documented inspections of all areas within the departments.
* Assist supervisors in investigating accidents / incidents / exposures. This involves confirming that the appropriate forms have been completed and sent to the appropriate department.
* Respond to reports of unsafe conditions by investigating and reporting to the department head.
* Advise the department head and Integrated Risk Management (Security | EHS Officer) of a critical injury, dangerous unsafe condition or refusal to work.
* Assist the department head in ensuring that there are adequate number of trained first aiders within the department.
* Act as primary EHS resource to the Integrated Risk Management department, the Joint Health & Safety Committee and the department.
