-To drive saves in the CCB business and to undertake cost cutting initiatives like inventory analysis and management.
-Required working closely with the tech team to remove additional inventory charges.
-Responsible for the monthly CFO deck which was used to provide updates to business along with future initiatives and potential saves
•Admin support for PAR/Clarity system
-Jointly responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of PAR and Clarity systems which resources (employees and contractors) book their time in the system.

-Awarded ‘Champ of the Quarter’ for Q1 and Q3 2013 for my performance and contribution in competitor earnings and occupancy cost saves of approximate $200K in the 2014 Budget.

•As a member of ROTARACT CLUB of H. R. College, organized events like Inter-School Personality Development Competition, Marathon for the Under-Privileged & Physically Challenged and Inter-School Cultural Competition •Participated in Inter College B. M. S. Festivals - Tsunami (Lajpat Rai College), Mood Indigo (IIT Powai), Drishti (N. M. College) and so on •Member of SIFE in H. R. College. Received a Silver Certificate for qualifying for the final round of ‘Business Plan for Under-Privileged Children’. The project was to find a financially viable business plan for underprivileged people. Our idea was to teach children to make paper bags and boxes, envelopes and cards which would be sold through college stalls and exhibitions. Working for this project helped me to think of new business plans and to not only focus on the idea and its creativity but also to pay attention to key aspects like finance, marketing, the executors of the project and also its socio-economic contribution to the underprivileged people and the society as a whole.
