Competitor Analytics - Responsible for key metrics and qualitative reports to senior management.
-Weekly newsletter and market snapshot. The snapshot is a summary of the weekly performance of the U.S. stock market, highlighting underlying factors and key drivers.
-Weekly affluent newsletter covering the Wealth Management and HNI business.
-Competitor earnings & conferences: providing key information to senior management about the competitor earnings and vis-à-vis JP Morgan along I also provided commentary and any additional information provided by management during the call
-Worked on summarization of analyst reports for the monthly competitor deck
P&A reporting - Requires reconciliation of numbers with systems and identifying inconsistencies along with coordination with the business heads to recognize and and providing reasons/commentaries.
-Created financial and headcount reports and a functional hierarchy to facilitate reporting
-Worked on MIS reports like: expense, forecasting, regulatory and budget reports
-Adhocs: required data consolidation and analysis, co ordination with businesses and exploring systems/ information sources which broadened the scope of my work and enhance my abilities and knowledge

•Expense Management Team (July 2011 - October 2012)
-To drive saves in the CCB business and to undertake cost cutting initiatives like inventory analysis and management.
-Required working closely with the tech team to remove additional inventory charges.
-Responsible for the monthly CFO deck which was used to provide updates to business along with future initiatives and potential saves

•Admin support for PAR/Clarity system
-Jointly responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of PAR and Clarity systems which resources (employees and contractors) book their time in the system.
-Our team also provided various financial reports which help in budgeting and forecasting expenses like compensation.

ACHIEVEMENTS, PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS AND INTERESTS
-Awarded ‘Champ of the Quarter’ for Q1 and Q3 2013 for my performance and contribution in competitor earnings and occupancy cost saves of approximate $200K in the 2014 Budget.
-Time save of 350 man hours in 2012 and 2013 through automation and recertification efforts.
-Made point of contact for Metrics data, used by business teams to create reports like customer interaction impact.
-My work has been recognized and appreciated by local and global senior managers and partners. My contribution to the competitor analytics team resulted in complete ownership of several key senior management reports; where my initial role was only that of support.
