Head Of Group IT PMO (May 2021 to Present)
▪ Established the centralized Project Management Office for YHL to manage and oversee the projects, programs and manage portfolios across all Yas Holding companies and divisions.
▪ Plans, coordinates, and implements new strategies for assisting in achieving the organizational goals and objectives
▪ Directs the managers and staff members of the information technology department for continuous improvement and development by using the latest techniques
▪ Supervises, hires, trains the existing as well as the new staff members and provides them with the knowledge on the latest developments in the information technology field

• Optimization of BSC of STC (VIVA)for South Region Bahrain.
Includes parameters adjustment, retuning, new trials, and consistency checks.
• Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the Handover, Location Update, Paging & CSSR in the designated area, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
• To initiate improvement projects in area assigned.
• Routine neighbor, frequency and parameter audits.
• To figure out hardware problems (faulty TRX, antenna VSWR etc) causing KPIs degradations in network by analyzing TRX level statistics and alarms information.
• Analysis of routine Drive Test of area assigned or issue-based DT using TEMS investigation and prepare DT analysis report with recommendations
• Performed different types of drive tests including SSV, GPRS/EDGE/HSDPA/HUDPA Testing, Cluster Drive tests for Routine Optimization activities
