• Administration of EXCEL and SAGE (Pastel Evolution)
• Vendor account management to ensure that accounts are well monitored.
• Filing of vendor invoices and other payable documents for local and west coast vendors.
• Stock Count.

Job Description
• Pushing out the company's existing and new products to customers and advising them on the benefits of using such products.
• Relationship Management with customers with respect to conflict resolution and resolution of service challenges.
• Account reconciliation with respect to credit collection. Debt recovery from owing customers and remittance of same to the appropriate department.
• Vetting and submission of customers' bills on a monthly basis.
• Identifying new business opportunities from existing customers and closing in on same.
• Prospecting new customers using ethical means which includes sales leads and closing such deals.
• Supervising subordinates to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of customer packages in order to avoid service challenges.
• Delivery of periodic daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Regional Manager. Brainstorming on issues highlighted in such reports and recommending possible resolutions.
• Preparing business proposals for meetings with prospective customers. Highlighting the available products to meet the peculiar needs of the prospective customer. Also performing an advisory role to the prospect on the best possible ways to meet the required needs.
