 Supervise and Coordinate activities of staff.
 Administer Salaries and determines leave entitlement.
 To Involve in staff training and development, preparations of Job descriptions, staff Assessments and Promotions.
 Oversee Overall Financial Management, planning, system and Controls.
 Maintain the Personal Record of Employees on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave and training and prepare associated management reports.
 Arrange and conduct staff training if needed.
 Assist employees with work matters, career development personal problems and industrial matters.
