1. Looking after the administrative matters of the location like Vehicle Management, House Keeping, Mess and Canteen, Scrape Handling, Workers Colony, Telecommunication, Training Center and General Administrative Services.
2. Perform daily visits of the factory and initiate corrective and preventive measures for any irregularity observed.
3. To manage and monitor affairs of workers, their administrative issues, and other miscellaneous tasks pertaining to workers on regular basis.
4. To ensure swift execution of the workers dormitory affairs including rooms requisition and manage other administrative issues pertaining to this area on continuous basis.
5. To handle and supervise any accident / emergency within the factory area.
6. To manage swift disposal of all sorts of scrap, cut pieces, and plastics drum etc.
7. To coordinate factory visits of the distinguished guests as and when required.
8. To scrutinize audit observations / irregularities found during audits.
9. To ensure arrangements, coordination and measures in order to get effective social audits as per requirement.
10. Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
11. Conducting orientation and training sessions for new employees and personal growth of HR&A employees.

Social Compliance

1. Develop & enhance protocols and performance analysis tools to support management of compliance programs and to provide visibility to compliance activities for senior leadership team.
2. Monitor and evaluate the social compliance activities according to standard requirements.
3. To ensure all internal controls, policies and procedures to improve the quality of work and transparency.
4. Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.
5. Implementation of compliance standards on continual basis.
6. Preparation of corrective action plan and its implementation whenever required.
7. Conduct training and awareness sessions to educate the staff and workers about health and safety.
8. Preparing & supervising the factory certification/COC audit’s (Ethical Compliance/C-TPAT/FCCA) for U.S buyers like Wal-Mart, Sears, Target, Dollar General, LNT, Kohl’s, JC Penney and others for all locations of organization.
9. Perform internal audits of COC, C-TPAT and IMS (ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001).
10. To ensure timely renewal of annual agreements with 3rd party.
11. To maintain audit results with satisfactory status and ensure no major NC.
12. To ensure timely execution and submission of CAP.
13. Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.

Integrated Management System (IMS):

1. Hands on experience of Internal Audit and developing Procedures, Work Instructions & Formats etc.
2. Developing Quality Manual, Quality Plan, Quality Policy and Objectives.
3. Activity involved in developing, communicating and implementing system as per IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SA-8000.
4. Conduct RA / EIA.
5. Create awareness on Integrated Management System policies, procedures and practices.
6. Good understanding of safe workplace without risk to health.
7. To develop safe plant and machinery, and safe movement, storage and use of articles and substances.
8. Proper and timely assessment of risks to health and safety, and implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments.
