•Assist in the designing and deployment of the LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, and other hardware
•Installation all kind of printer and troubleshooting it, changing printer toners, paper jamming issue, network printer issues, Services etc.
•Installation Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 All Antivirus & Others application & Drivers.
•Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft dynamic Ax2009 on user level
•Installing and configuring troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems Win XP, 7, 8.1, 10
•Creating Workgroup & User Account, Groups & Managing Profiles & Assigning Rights Etc.
•Assist in all functions of IT support, regular monitoring and maintenance
•Using Email Protocols POP3 IMAP SMTP in outlook configuration & troubleshooting.
•Manage desktop configuration as per company guidelines, Configure outlook email accounts
