Job Profile:

 Developing new customer .
 To attend customer inquiries and making customer satisfaction & dealing with comments and complaint
 To provide suggestive feedback to the department managers based from the customer request, queries and suggestions to help and increase sales.
 Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the Territory Management.
 Coordinated with / assisted the Concept Manager on issues such as forth coming consignment details; merchandise planning for seasons; sales promotions etc.
 Ensured that proper merchandising & visual merchandising standards are maintained.
 To carry out price/market surveys and provide useful information on competitor activity to the immediate manager. And responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets.
 To prepare and submit daily sales reports in a timely and detailed manner to sales manager
 To establish a long term relationship with the customer.
 Carried out events & promotions in the showroom and made sure that all items are displayed effectively.
 Responsible for maintaining and reporting different makes of watch price and promotion
 Monitored and supervised the merchandise requisition of the outlet and ensured that the same is received from the warehouse as per request.
 Ensured that all merchandise carry the security tag so as to avoid theft.
 Exercised control over inventory shortages.
 Coordinate with other sales & marketing personnel in issues pertaining to sales promotions, public relations etc.
 Develop, motivate and guide sales team and individuals toward successful outcomes as attainment of business objectives.
 Communicated all sales activities to Relationship Manager so as to ensure maximum operational efficiency & total customer satisfaction.
 Responsible for post sales activities; ensured that the customer service is at its best.
