+ To achieve financial objectives by preparing stores annual budget, scheduling expenditures, initiating corrective actions
+ To maintain physical condition of warehouses by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and maintenance. Identify and drive resolution of work hazards, safety risks and improvement opportunities

+ To oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials, and to control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive products on time.
+ To prepare reports for upper management, negotiating shipping and supplier costs, and work to improve the efficiency of the company’s supply chain.
+ To manage proper training of all employees in his area of responsibility and to get maximum output from labor by making timely decisions for execution of various jobs at different locations
+ Controlling company assets by meeting all loss prevention measures (consistent management of inventory, in- and out-bound stock movements, sales, returns, exchange, store maintenance)
• Responsible for completing all orders from invoicing to shipping with in US and Worldwide
• Creating BOLs, Labels for all pending orders and sending tracking numbers to customers.

• Supervise warehouse operations and oversee employees
• Contact vendors and responsible for returning damaged goods to vendors
• Responsible for receiving all shipments of products and store them in organized manner
• Provide employee training and feedback, making schedules and oversee maintenance and up keeping of the store
• Track inventory of products on shelves and storage unit
• Maintain records of products being shipped and received
• Track lost or mis-delivered packages
• Counted and sorted all incoming goods.
• Order and receive supplies, contact vendor to discuss discrepancies against purchase orders.
