• Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), system procedures, material submittals and other QA/QC documentation as per Scope of Work and ensure compliance as per contractual requirements.
• Ensure the inspections of materials before acceptance as per ITP and applicable Standard/Specifications.
• Check that all materials used in the project delivered at site have been inspected and ensure its compliance with P.O, approved drawings and specification.
• Closely monitoring of site activities and fully coordinates with PM / Construction Manager / Quality Engineers on daily basis.
• Issuance of NCRs in case of noncompliance.
• Coordinate with all disciplines of Execution Teams and Contractors for Quality related matters
• Preparation & review of method statements
• Conduct and /or Participate in Quality & Technical meetings with clients Sub-Contractors or Vendors
• Participates in Internal Quality Audits as part of the audit team.
• Participate in the process of evaluation to approve vendors as Company's suppliers.
• Arrange training programs for the education of Staff on Quality related areas to update their skill and knowledge to develop Quality & Safety culture.
Airport Solutions (Passengers Boarding Bridges, Baggage Handling System, Airfield Ground Lighting, Maintenance and Construction Runway works)
Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients
Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
• Preparing QA / QC Plan, manage QA / QC Team and responsible in implementing and executing of the plan.
• Monitor the quality, documentation of the process in accordance with contract specifications, documents deviations from the contracts and provide plans to rectify contract deviations.
• To coordinate with construction crew for on‐going civil/structural activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, compaction, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, Field Density Test, concrete pouring, … etc
• Coordinate with Construction Manager, Site Engineers and Main-contractor for daily activities then check the submittals to consultant daily request for inspection of works and test.
• Works with consultants and / main contractor to reassure that proper QA/QC procedures are being observed and utilized in an effective manner.
• Works with consultants and / main contractor in following the RFI’s/RIW’s.
• Attend weekly meeting, preparation QA/QC report, reply consultant's correspondences, maintain strong communication with consultants.
• Monitoring during pre-pouring, concrete placement and curing period.
1. Head Office Tasks
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring and developing the QMS (Quality Management System) according to ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2008 requirements.
• Prepare and revise company’s Quality manual, procedures, job descriptions manual, work instructions etc. in coordination with the concerned staff at various levels in the organization.
• Liaise with Specialist Consultants, Government Officials and Professional Bodies.
• Handle and respond customer complaints caused by deviations from the standard procedures/processes.
• Plan and prepare auditing schedule to supervise the internal Quality audits to ensure that the auditing system operates effectively and to eliminate non-conformities.
• Organize in-house and outside trainings on Quality management system.
2. Site Tasks
• Audit Project Quality Plan.
• Report to the QC Manager regarding non-compliance of any QA/QC issue.
• Issue and review QA/QC Corrective Action Request.
• Review and ensure follow-up of QA/QC complaint.
• Participate in QA/QC Meeting with client and consultant.
3. Industrial Tasks
• Liaise with Specialist Consultants and Professional Bodies for Fire Rated Doors.
• Responsible for implementing quality management system on all SAAD Industrial Facilities.
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit findings reports and determine proper corrective and preventive action.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities within the dedicated area of responsibility.
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions established as a result of reviews/investigations, are implemented effectively.
• Assist Quality staff in the preparation of quality documentations, such as method statements, inspection forms, plans and work procedures.
• Ensures that the requirements of ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 are fully addressed and checks that the Quality System of the company is completely and effectively implemented, maintained and reviewed.
• Maintaining Quality Awareness among personnel and ensure that Quality System procedures are followed.
• Following up ISO Certification of the company and arrange for regular audits to maintain certification.
• Liaison with the consultants and certification body on Quality Assurance topics.
• Directs auditors and technical and administrative workers engaged in Quality Assurance codes and standards.
• Designs and implements Quality Assurance training programs to key personnel in conjunction with management.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and individuals, in preparation and execution of audit.
• Controls and maintains documentation of procedures, policies, and systems in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
2. Efficiency of work standards and operational standards.
• Check QA work to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism.
• Assess and discuss problems relating to quality, non-conformance and other minor and major discrepancies in operations and to support process improvement.
• Monitors implementation of preventive and corrective actions in relation to quality assurance findings and analysis, within appropriate time frames.
• Provides assistance to process owners in the revision and /or enhancement of policies and procedures, in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
3. Efficient coordination with external and internal customers for purposes of compliance to set standards and procedures.
• Provides effective communication and feedback.
