I have proven a continuously active presence in the showroom, managing and guiding customers and handling special orders. As part of my daily and periodic work, I was tasked with presenting performance reports, including market surveys, determination of best-selling products, etc. to my top management to keep them in sync on general performance and which areas need focus for the sake of continuous growth. Other duties include assisting with company showroom events organization, meeting sales targets, liaising with procuring departments and suppliers at the head office, training and development of sales representatives on newly-released products, management of customer complaints and reach agreeable solutions, attending vendor shows and similar events as a company delegate to establish further commercial and strategic relations. Finally, prepare sales orders by collecting and documenting all necessary information to ensure customer expectations are met.
