Worked as CRM consultant in order to build MTN-Benin CRM web application, which is similar to MTN Syria one that have been developed using OFBIZ (J2EE based framework, MVC pattern):
- CRM is oriented to Call Center and CSC users, beside to Sales employees.
- CRM main modules: GSM personal, subscriber's accounts management, all handset information interface, subscriber's sim services management, vouchers management, calls information viewer, subscriber's complaints administration, ticketing management, provisioning APIs.
- CRM also includes the integration with other existing modules in the company, such as: MINSAT IN platform, TABS billing system, AXON registration system, REMEDY service desk system, WEBOTA handset DB,
in order to acheive that fully integration i have developed using Java & Oracle SQL many back-end processes, that connects in both direction the CRM with both Billing -Postpaid- & Intelligent Network -Prepaid- Systems (CAI, UCIP, VCIP commands).
I have also build a desktop application interface that integrate the Alchatel Call Center system with the CRM for the company Call Center, in order to join the CRM directly once call have been received by the HOT LINE users.
