Duties/ responsibilities : Doc Controller
Carry out various functions related to project document control.
Receives and registers Client provided documents for EPC, detail engineering and construction engineering project, including in-house generated document.
Assigning document numbers, maintenance of proper document registers for EPC, detailed and construction engineering projects.
Preparation and maintenance of logs for AFC and As-built documents for EPC, detailed and construction engineering project, for in-house use and for on warding transmittal to Client during project close-out
Performing file back-up to ensure proper electronic storage and issuing of electronic registers
