•Assist AMAALA to set up a Design Management System for their firm;
•Prepare RFP system, and Design Briefs for the engagement of consultants;
•Support the early phases of concept and schematic design for the Master plan;
•Qualify potential sub-consultants in & Outside KSA; Sensitive
Projects: Residential Compound, Hotels in Makkah, and Jeddah. Client: AIMS
•The main tasks were to focus on the development of design concepts for hospitality projects;
•Manage and control projects 'contracts & payments;
•Developing strategic relationships with existing and new contractors and other consultants locally, regionally, and internationally in the fields of design, lighting, and furniture through inspection visits as well as presenting the company in exhibitions and conferences;
•The client representative with the consultants outside KSA in Singapore, Turkey, and Lebanon.
