escrow.
• Coordinate, prepare, and maintain builder/client data and documentation to ensure timely completion of home.
• Research Real Estate trends to provide current market data to corporate office and clients increasing buyer
• Maintain client information in database for future follow-up.

• Evaluate demographic data to assist Builder in acquisition of real property and coordinate all aspects of the purchase
daily interaction with President/Builder of 7 new homes communities concerning budgets, forecasts and financial information
and assist clients in the negotiation process of mortgage loan modification, verifying all documentation prior •to being
submitted to the lender
