Production, QA, maintenance, Compliance, Logistic and performance management are my main domain of work. New product development and cost optimization are also part of my job.
To over view all Technical, production and related operations. NPD, Budget control, Logistics, Maintenance, New projects come under my domain. Quality Assurance and Management systems including EMS and OHS in under my supervision. In short all matters related to productivity are my domain.
Multitasking function. Looking after HR, Admin, Factory, Supply chain and Sales Marketing. Responsible for P&L of the company through strategic business designing and marketing plans.
Managing Factory Operations. Production Plannings, Managing material Requirements specially Shipments. Managing Refinery Operations, QA, Maintenance, and all support facilities like Boiler, Water Purification Plant and warehouse. Responsible for process loss control, budget and variance of all departments. Liaison with regulatory bodies for fulfillment of legal requirements.
Developing and implementing systems for Quality of product, Food safety, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment.
Quality control of all incoming materials including Packaging material, intermediate products and Finished products.
NPD, service Improvement and HACCP.
Internal Auditing, corrective actions and document control were included in my responsibilities.
