Base Line Stake-Holders Survey for COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FORMULATION.
The Reform Support Unit (RSU), Education and Literacy Department Govt. of Sindh, Intends to establish a Baseline survey of the present awareness of key reform supported by RSU/ELD effective of current internal communication practice and potential modes of internal/external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• District Education level: Conducted Key Information Interviews District Korangi. District Education Officer, Deputy District Education Officers.
• Town Education Level: Conducted KII, Town Education Officers, And Various Departments & Categories: Male/Female, Primary, Secondary, Planning & Development, Curriculum, Literacy, Sports and SEMIS.
Principal of Higher Secondary Schools, Subject Specialists.
• Union Council Level: Supervisors.
• School Level: Head Masters/Mistresses.
Conducted Focus Group Discussion from School Teachers and Community/Students Parents.
• Provincial (Sindh) Level Key Information Interviews: Conducted Key Information Interviews from Civil Society, NGO’s, INGO’s, Educationalist and Political Parties of Sindh.
Mainly responsible to deal with 25 (twenty five) distributors in south region (Sindh and Baluchistan) Pakistan. Other responsibilities included:
Key Responsibilities:
• To manage transportation, stock control, and ware house in an efficient manner.
• To monitor sales reports, such target v/s achievement (Unit wise / Value wise) and area wise.
• To Co-ordinate process to ensure distributors satisfaction.
• To coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems, liaising and negotiating with distributors.
• To prepare short and long term plans and short-term goals for the distribution function.
• Develop and monitor schedules, review status reports, investigate problems and develop solutions.
• Establish effective record keeping policies & procedures and maintain standards to ensure accurate order entry, shipment tracking and timely delivery of materials.
• To prepare order management plans for key customers and distributors.

Responsibilities involved transportation, stock control, ware house and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials.
